Youth Mass & Liturgy

  • We invite our youth to actively participate in the Syro-Malabar liturgy by serving as Altar Servers, reading the Word of God, and leading the community in prayer.
  • Monthly Youth Masses offer a special time for young people to gather together for worship, reflection, and community building.

Bible Study and Faith Formation

  • Bible Study sessions and faith formation classes are held regularly for our youth. These sessions focus on Scripture, Church teachings, and how to apply the Gospel in today’s world.
  • We also explore the Syro-Malabar traditions and learn about the saints, the sacraments, and Catholic doctrine to deepen our understanding of the faith.

Retreats and Pilgrimages

  • Spiritual retreats are held annually, providing our youth with an opportunity for deep reflection, prayer, and personal growth. These retreats focus on themes of discipleship, leadership, and service.
  • Pilgrimages to Catholic sites or special Syro-Malabar shrines offer an enriching experience to grow spiritually while deepening their connection to the Church’s heritage and history.

Community Service and Outreach

  • Service is at the heart of our ministry. The youth participate in community service projects, such as helping local shelters, organizing food drives, or supporting the needs of the underprivileged.
  • Mission trips are also organized, both locally and internationally, providing opportunities for the youth to live out their faith by serving others and spreading the love of Christ.

Social and Fellowship Events

  • We host social events such as game nights, youth movie nights, sports tournaments, and more, where the youth can enjoy fellowship, build lasting friendships, and simply have fun in a safe, faith-filled environment.
  • Annual Youth Conference and other diocesan events offer opportunities for our youth to meet with other Catholic youth, share their experiences, and grow in their faith.

Leadership Development

  • Our Youth Leadership program provides training for young people to take on leadership roles within the Church and beyond. Whether through peer mentoring, planning events, or leading small groups, we empower our youth to be active participants in the mission of the Church.
  • We also encourage our youth to get involved in ministry roles like youth coordinator, community outreach, or helping with parish events.
