Our Mission

St. John Paul 2 SMCC, our mission is to passionately embrace and live out the teachings of Jesus Christ. We are a diverse and inclusive community dedicated to:

1. Worship: We gather in joyful worship, celebrating the presence of God in our midst. Through prayer, sacraments, and liturgy, we seek to deepen our connection with the divine.
2. Fellowship: We foster a welcoming and supportive fellowship where every individual is valued. We believe in building authentic relationships that reflect the love of Christ and strengthen our shared journey of faith.
3. Discipleship: Committed to lifelong learning, we engage in the study of Scripture and the teachings of the Church. Through discipleship, we grow spiritually, becoming more Christ-like in our thoughts, words, and actions.
4. Service: Inspired by the selfless love of Jesus, we actively engage in compassionate service to our local and global communities. Our ministries and outreach programs aim to address the needs of the vulnerable and marginalized.

Guided by the teachings of St. John Paul II, we endeavor to be a beacon of faith, hope, and love in the world. Our mission is to inspire, empower, and lead people to encounter Jesus Christ and live as His disciples in the world.

In all we do, we strive to fulfill the Great Commandment: to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
